Terrence Howard – Terrence Howard has made his name in Hollywood, on Broadway, and even on TV, but his music career may not go as far. His voice is a bit too much like a male version of Celine Dion, but the musical accompaniments of his songs definitely help out. Love Makes You Beautiful is a decent song, and he will definitely be remembered for his singing voice.
Russell Crowe – There are few men that have had as many successful movies in their career as Russell Crowe, so it stands to reason that he’d be equally successful in music as well. His first song was released in the 1980s (under the name Russ le Roq), but Russell Crowe and The Ordinary Fear of God are a band to be reckoned with. If you want a great example of his singing voice, stroll into the movie theaters to watch Les Miserables.
Nicole Kidman – This gorgeously refined Australian-American actress is known as being one of the most elegant women in Hollywood, and her role as Satine in Moulin Rouge proved that she could combine her stunning ginger looks with a powerful voice. She sang with Robbie Williams for the song Something Stupid on his cover album in 2001, and her voice definitely contributed to the album’s reaching No.8 in Australia (ARIAnet Singles Chart).
Catherine Zeta Jones – The beauty that became internationally famous thanks to The Mask of Zorro (1998) got started in theater in 1987 and opera in 1989, and she almost made a career of music. Thankfully she chose acting, but her performance in the 2002 movie Chicago shows just how much talent she really has.
