Running- The exercises perfect for losing weight and cellulite will be a combination of cardio and weight training. Your cardio should focus on your lower body. Running is the perfect exercise and the most obvious. It will not be fun. 20 to 30 minutes of hard cardio 4 to 5 times a week will make you a fat burning machine.
Squats- Squats are a great way to tone your legs. In order to burn the fat in specific areas of your thighs and thus get rid of cellulite, you need to focus on working out those specific areas. Squats are perfect for targeting your legs. Do these 3 times per week, about 3 sets of 15 reps each time and you’ll be saying adios to cellulite.
Lunges- Just like squats, lunges will target those areas of your butt and thighs that are full of cellulite, and blast them away! Grab some dumbells in each hand and start doing some lunges!
Stair Climbing Maching- The stair master machines are perfect for targeting your legs, and burning fat. It’s a great exercise for burning fat, and targeting your legs so in addition to losing cellulite, you’ll be blasting fat away from your belly.
Cycling- Cycling at a stationary bike at your gym, 3 times per week for at least 20 minutes per day is a great way to burn cellulite off your thighs. You definitely need to make sure you’re breaking a sweat though!
